Before you order
- Wall APs have no power adapter. They are PoE-powered only — pair them with the RG-EG406XS-P gateway, a PoE switch, or an injector. For the AP's own PoE-Out port to work, the source must be 802.3at (PoE+).
- Hardware-only means hardware only. No installation, setup or free gift — those come with our installed packages, which also add 1-year on-site support.

Product questions
Do the wall access points come with a power adapter?
No — all three Reyee wall access points are powered over Ethernet only. You need a PoE switch, a PoE injector, or the RG-EG406XS-P gateway with built-in PoE. This is the most common ordering mistake, so ask us before buying if unsure.
Is the cloud management free?
Yes. Ruijie states basic Ruijie Cloud management is free for the lifetime of the product — no per-device subscription. The whole network (gateway, switches, access points) sits in one dashboard and the Reyee mobile app.
Can I buy hardware only, without installation?
Yes — every product on this page can be bought on its own. WhatsApp us the model and quantity. Note that hardware-only purchases do not include the free gift that comes with our installed packages.
What warranty do the products carry?
Ruijie publishes a 36-month standard hardware warranty. If you take an installed package instead, we add 1 year of on-site support on top.
Which access point should I pick?
RG-RAP72-Wall if you want Wi-Fi 7 and the fastest uplink; RG-RAP62-Wall for Wi-Fi 6 with 4 wired ports at the wall; RG-RAP62-Wall-Lite for rooms that need signal only. Coverage depends on your walls — send us your floor plan and we will size it free.
