The condo WiFi problem
Condo layouts stretch the signal in exactly the wrong direction. The fibre termination point — and therefore the router — usually lands in the living room, while bedrooms sit down a corridor behind multiple structural walls. WiFi that shows full bars at the sofa drops to one bar at the bed, and video calls in the study stutter.
Extenders re-broadcast a weak signal and halve your speed. Our approach: use the LAN points already wired into each bedroom to install Wi-Fi 7 wall access points. Each zone gets its own full-strength signal on a single network, and your devices roam seamlessly as you move — the same architecture hotels use.

Condo WiFi questions
Why is the WiFi bad in my condo master bedroom?
Classic condo problem: the router sits in the living room TV console, and the master bedroom is at the end of a long corridor behind two or three concrete walls. A wired access point in or near the bedroom fixes it permanently at full speed.
Do condos have the LAN points needed?
Most condos built after 2005 have LAN points in every bedroom and the living room, wired to a central DB or telecom cabinet. We use these for wired access points. For older units without points, we'll propose discreet cabling options first.
Can you cover a penthouse or dual-key unit?
Yes. Multi-level and dual-key units typically need one access point per zone; our 5-room package with four access points covers most, and we add devices at a fixed price if needed.
Will the access points look ugly?
The wall units replace your existing LAN faceplate — flush, white, no dangling cables. A ceiling-mount upgrade is available if you prefer them completely out of sight.
Do you need management approval?
No — all work is inside your unit using existing points, so no MCST approval is needed in the standard installation.
