Pricing questions
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Package prices include GST, all hardware, setup and installation. The only extras are optional: new cabling or LAN points if your home needs them (quoted before we start) and the wall-to-ceiling access point upgrade.
What if my home needs extra access points?
Larger or unusually shaped homes sometimes need an extra access point or PoE switch. We add these at a fixed per-device price — we'll tell you upfront after seeing your floor plan on WhatsApp.
Do you offer instalment or PayNow?
We accept PayNow and bank transfer. Payment is after installation and your room-by-room speed test — you pay when you've seen it work.
Can I buy a package and install it myself?
Yes. Every package has a DIY option: same Ruijie hardware, same 3-year device warranty, same free lifetime Ruijie Cloud — you handle the mounting and setup, and we take installation off the price. It is a discount on the package rather than a separate product, so we quote it on WhatsApp: tell us which package and we reply with your DIY price. DIY excludes installation, the per-room speed test, 1-year on-site support and the free gift.
What does the warranty cover?
All hardware carries a 3-year device warranty. For the first year we also come on-site free of charge if anything needs attention. After that, on-site visits are charged per trip.
